- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Support@vitallifeway.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
